Powell Motor Group is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team.

The Role

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key link between our customers and workshop, managing the customer experience from booking through to vehicle handover.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Managing service bookings and customer enquiries

- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process

- Preparing and managing repair orders

- Coordinating with technicians, Parts and workshop management

- Following up approvals and keeping jobs moving

- Ensuring vehicles are completed and delivered as promised

- Building strong, long-term customer relationships

About You

We’re looking for someone who is positive, organised, customer-focused and a strong communicator. You’ll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment,



take ownership of your responsibilities and be a genuine team player.

Automotive or Service Advisor experience is highly regarded, but attitude, communication skills and cultural fit are just as important to us.
