As our Receptionist, you'll often be the first person our residents, families, visitors, contractors and prospective residents interact with, making you an significant part of the experience we create at Mandurah.
Working closely with the Park Manager and onsite team, you'll provide reception and administrative support while helping ensure enquiries are responded to, records remain accurate and the day-to-day administration of the park runs smoothly.

What's the role?
This is a varied, people-focused role where you'll combine customer service with strong administration and attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a friendly and professional first point of contact, welcoming residents, families,
visitors and contractors and responding to telephone and email enquiries.
- Supporting the day-to-day administration of the park, including correspondence, filing, data entry, document preparation and maintaining accurate electronic and paper records.
- Assisting residents and prospective residents with general enquiries, ensuring requests are followed up or directed to the appropriate person.
- Supporting the Park Manager and broader onsite team with administrative tasks, appointments, communications and other operational requirements.
- Helping create a positive resident experience, building respectful relationships and contributing to a welcoming, organised and supportive park environment.

Is this role right for you?
We're looking for someone who combines great customer service with strong administration and attention to detail.
You'll ideally bring:
- Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service or a similar office-based role, ideally within hospitality, community living, property, aged care or another people-focused environment.
- Strong administration and data entry skills, with excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records.
- A warm and professional communication style, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and general administrative systems, with the ability to learn new technology and processes quickly.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality and follow tasks through to completion.
