About the Role

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, resident-centred care while supporting Aged Care facilities across Newcastle and surrounding communities.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Medication administration and clinical care
- Resident assessments and care planning




- Wound management and clinical documentation
- Supporting residents with complex care needs
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Promoting dignity, independence and quality of life

About You To be successful, you will have:

- Recent Aged Care Registered Nurse experience
- Solid clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A compassionate, resident-focused approach
- Reliability, professionalism and flexibility

Essential Requirements

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent Aged Care RN experience
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation
- Full Australian working rights
