About the role

The role will require independent design, project delivery and stakeholder management and will suit an experienced Civil Engineer with good technical design background, strong consulting engineering and project delivery skills. You will be engaged in civil design and project management related to civil infrastructure and urban development projects, including an opportunity to lead significantly or contribute to Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games related infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

- Civil design and project management relating to land, urban and subdivisions

- Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, liaison with authorities, reporting, contract administration and quality audits

- Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters

- Adhering to skilled standards, ethics and Stantec quality procedures

- Managing clients and other consultants

- Assist with project management and business development

- Support Project Leaders Managers in completing projects in terms of program, profitability, technical risk management and overall Client satisfaction

About you

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

- Demonstrated experience in the civil engineering related to design and project management of civil infrastructure projects

- Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes and state requirements

- Hold CP Eng and / or RPEQ registration, or be in a position to obtain in the next 12 months
