About the Role

As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while guiding guests through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.
Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with their vehicle selection and purchase decisions
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Following up sales enquiries and generating new business opportunities
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Working closely with the Business Manager and dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Representing the Geely brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not essential
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated, self-driven and positive attitude
- The ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships
- Strong negotiation and closing skills




- Excellent presentation and professionalism
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- A current and valid Australian Driver's Licence
