About the role

As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business. This is a varied, hands-on position where you will oversee office administration, support staff and management, coordinate client-related administrative activities, and ensure our systems and processes are operating effectively. You will be a central point of contact within the office and will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, supporting a busy team and keeping everything organised behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities

- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring administrative functions run efficiently.

- Developing, implementing and improving office procedures, administrative systems and workflows.

- Supporting management with operational projects and business initiatives.

- Providing leadership and support across the administrative function.

- Ensuring company policies and office procedures are consistently followed.

- Creating a professional, welcoming and client-focused office workplace.





- Managing incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries and ensuring matters are appropriately actioned or escalated.

- Coordinating client-related administrative activities and supporting the efficient progression of client matters.

- Ensuring client files, records and documentation are accurately maintained.

- Liaising with clients, medical providers, insurers and other external stakeholders.

About you

- Previous experience in Office Management or Administration.

- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- A high level of customer service and relationship management skills.

- The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgement.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

- The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning new systems.
