Data Change & Communications Specialist | Technology Transformation
We are seeking an experienced Data Change & Communications Specialist to support technology, data and business process transformation initiatives.

This role will suit a robust change and communications professional who can translate complex data and technology concepts into clear, engaging communications and drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication and change activities supporting data, technology and process transformation.
- Translate complex technical and data concepts into clear, user-friendly communications.
- Develop communication materials including guides, FAQs, presentations, intranet content, newsletters and training resources.




- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, demonstrations, workshops and consultation activities.
- Work with stakeholders to understand change impacts, adoption barriers and capability requirements.
- Monitor stakeholder feedback and measure adoption and engagement outcomes.
- Provide strategic advice on change impacts, communication risks, stakeholder engagement and adoption strategies.

About You:

- Experience delivering change, communications or stakeholder engagement initiatives within technology, data or business transformation environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience designing and delivering training, workshops and capability-building programs.
- Experience supporting data transformation, digital transformation or technology adoption will be highly regarded.
