What’s the role?

This is an exciting prospect to join our Commercial Banking team as a Senior Relationship Manager.

You'll manage and grow a diversified portfolio of commercial customers, helping businesses achieve their ambitions through tailored banking solutions and expert advice. Working as a trusted partner, you'll build meaningful relationships, identify new opportunities and support sustainable growth for your customers.

You'll collaborate with a broad network of specialists across wealth, financial markets, equipment finance, business home lending and transactional banking, giving your customers access to the expertise they need at every stage of their journey.

What do I need?

• Experience managing commercial banking relationships and customer portfolios.
• Strong commercial lending expertise, including cash flow lending, credit analysis and complex deal structuring.
• A proven track record of developing current business and growing existing customer relationships.
• Established referral networks that support sustainable portfolio growth.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills with a collaborative approach.
