Diverse property services organisation with a large presence nationally are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide financial and commercial support.

Partnering with operational leaders across the business, you will provide valuable insight through forecasting, business case evaluation, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to support sustainable growth and operational excellence, allowing informed decision-making, improved contract profitability, effective cost management to achieve strategic objectives.

Duties will include;

- Analytical review of costs and revenue to provide valuable reporting to improve business performance
- Collation and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Strategy development and implementation from a commercial standpoint
- Standardise and automate reporting to drive financial measures and enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives
- Assist in the management and mentoring of the Group Finance Team functions, and day to day management as and when required




- Oversee accounts team and ensure correct information for End of Month accounting finalisation and reporting
- Monthly compliance including-BAS/GST reconciliation and preparation for lodgement
- Analysis of business unit results, including preparation of monthly financial reports
- Annual audit assistance
- End of year accounting processing and reconciliations
- Assistance in preparation & collation of monthly and annual budgets for various

We are looking for someone ideally from the property or facilities services industry with a strong finance business partner background. This is an exciting prospect to work closely with a GM of Finance assisting the business with financial insight.

An opportunity to work from 3 office locations across Melbourne. 1 day a week from home.
