- Ongoing/casual, full time/part-time role earning $116,413 - $140,849 per year, plus super.

What you will do

As Salesforce Developer,



you will build and maintain Salesforce solutions for the department.

You will work with business teams to solve problems and improve services.

You will:

- develop and maintain critical Salesforce solutions that support public services.
- configure Salesforce tools, flows, fields, reports and security settings.
- provide technical support, fix faults and make small system improvements.
- write clear technical documents and share knowledge with users and team members.
- identify system issues and create practical solutions that improve service delivery.

About you

You must hold Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications. Platform Developer I and OmniStudio Developer certifications are highly desirable.

You will bring solid Salesforce skills and experience in large technology environments.

You should also have:

- strong Salesforce experience, including Service Cloud, Public Sector Solutions and system automation.
- technical expertise across Salesforce releases, Lightning, Classic, email templates and changesets.
- problem-solving skills and the ability to find causes and prevent repeat issues.
- collaborative and inclusive ways of working, with a focus on useful outcomes for customers.
