Our client is a growing Sydney founded retail business, employing close to 100 people across a network of retail sites and a Sydney-based head office, the business has built a strong reputation and genuine brand recognition in its space. THE ROLE
this role is an opportunity to genuinely make your mark. While there are strong foundations already in place, there is real room to review, refine, and build out policy, process, and ways of working that reflect where the business is headed next. It's a role best suited to someone who is comfortable owning the function end to end, from recruitment to offboarding. This role will work well for someone who values a close-knit culture and enjoys working alongside a creative workplace, where no two days are the same.

THE CRITERIA




The successful candidate will bring solid generalist HR experience within retail. They will be comfortable operating independently in a varied, fast-changing role, and confident partnering with leaders. Experience managing end-to-end employee relations processes, performance improvement plans, and managing recruitment. The ideal candidate will be excited by the opportunity to join a scaling business and grow the HR function alongside it.
