The Fresh Collective Brisbane team is looking for experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our culinary brigade at Waters Edge Brisbane. We have both Full-Time and Casual opportunities available for passionate chefs looking to work in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.

- Full-Time $80,700 + super
- Casual Level 6 hourly rate

The Role

- Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure effective food production and quality control
- Prepare exceptionally presented dishes that are consistent in flavour and appearance
- Run your allocated section with confidence and efficiency
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
- Assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous or Head Chef
- Follow all food safety procedures and legislative requirements
- Contribute to a positive,



professional and collaborative kitchen culture

Essential Requirements

- A motivated chef with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality venue
- Punctual, self-driven and able to work autonomously while remaining open to direction and learning
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Australian work rights appropriate for the role
