You’ll be at the centre of daily operations, preparing, scanning, and processing client records with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
- Scanning and indexing a variety of documents, including correspondence, contracts, and other business records.
- Ensuring high-quality image capture and data entry to maintain the integrity of our document management system.
- Performing quality assurance checks on scanned images to identify and correct any errors.
- Adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in using document scanning and imaging equipment, with a robust attention to detail.
- Excellent data entry and proofreading skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Good understanding of document management best practices and file naming conventions.
- Familiarity with enterprise content management systems or document imaging software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
