About the Role:

You will play a key role in preparing accurate costings, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and within budget.

• Prepare accurate sales and production estimates for residential home builds
• Review plans, specifications, and develop detailed costings and Bills of Quantities
• Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost accuracy
• Collaborate with Sales, Prestart, and Construction teams throughout the build process
• Assess and price variations as required




• Maintain accurate estimating records and project data

About You:

• Previous experience as an Estimator within the residential construction industry
• Strong understanding of WA building practices, materials, and construction methods preferred
• Ability to confidently read and interpret residential plans and specifications
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
