Positioned in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, our Mount Barker Campus offers a unique and inspiring setting for both teaching and learning. Now in its third year, the campus has grown steadily since its opening and continues to flourish as part of our vibrant school community. In 2027, we will expand our offerings to include Year 6, marking the beginning of our Middle School and reflecting our commitment to providing a comprehensive and nurturing educational journey for students in the region.

About the Role

King's Baptist Grammar School is seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our Adelaide Hills Campus as Inclusive Education Leader.

Reporting to the Head of School, Adelaide Hills, this key leadership position will champion inclusive practices, build staff capability, support learning adjustments, and foster strong partnerships with families and external specialists. The Inclusive Education Leader will play a vital role in creating a learning setting where every student is valued, supported and empowered to reach their full potential.

This position would suit an educator who is passionate about inclusion, collaborative in their leadership approach and committed to ensuring every learner has the opportunity to participate, belong and succeed.

The Inclusive Education Leader will demonstrate:

- A strong understanding of inclusive education practices and educational adjustments.

- Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.

- The ability to build the capacity of teachers through coaching,



collaboration and professional learning.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students, families and external providers.

- Knowledge of relevant legislative requirements, including the Disability Standards for Education and NCCD processes.

Essential Criteria

A personal commitment to King's Vision, Mission and Values that underpin the delivery of a Christian-based education to students in the School community is essential to this role.

Applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, teacher registration in South Australia. Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in inclusive education leadership are highly desirable.
