About the role
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage multiple projects at one time. Common projects include but are not limited to, new amenities, refurbishments of school blocks, park & shelter upgrades, pathways and undercover areas.
The successful candidate can be located anywhere from Northern Gold Coast /Logan area. All jobs will be South side of Brisbane including Logan Area.

Key Responsibilities for the role

- Scheduling labour hire, trades and sub-contractors
- Experience & knowledge of safety requirements on site and paper work
- Understanding of the scope, budget and timeline of projects
- Identify and manage defects
- Attend client meetings
- Conduct toolbox meetings & ore-starts as needed
- Report daily on project progress via Procore
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word

Skills & experience





- Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role or ready to step into a Site Supervisor Role
- QBCC Site Supervisor License
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively within a team
- Experience using Procore Highly regarded
