As a Clinical Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality care while supporting residents, families and colleagues. From coordinating complex care needs to strengthening clinical practice and quality outcomes, you'll contribute to a service that makes a genuine difference to people every day.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Leading and coordinating care that supports residents' health, wellbeing and quality of life.
- Providing clinical guidance and mentoring to nurses and care teams to build capability and confidence.
- Driving quality, safety and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance care outcomes.
- Working closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve person-centred goals and positive experiences.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience in aged care, residential care or related healthcare settings.
- Ability to lead, mentor and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Well-developed clinical judgement,
communication skills and commitment to quality improvement.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate studies relevant to nursing practice and/or experience working in rural, regional or aged care environments.
