Your Role

Partner with the business to drive smarter commercial decisions and better outcomes for our members. As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to the Member Experience team, providing strategic financial insights, leading planning and forecasting, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive performance and growth.

Key areas of accountability:

- Act as the lead Finance Business Partner for the Member Experience team, providing strategic financial guidance and commercial support.
- Own end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Member Experience portfolio.




- Deliver insightful analysis of financial and non-financial performance drivers, identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes.
- Partner with senior leaders to support decision-making, investment prioritisation and strategic initiatives.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for a broad range of stakeholders.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts and long-range plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyse member behaviour and performance trends to uncover insights that drive growth and value creation.
- Build strong relationships across the business, becoming a trusted advisor and extension of the teams you support.
- Educate and influence stakeholders on the connection between commercial decisions, operational metrics and financial outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting, planning processes and business performance.
- Collaborate across Finance and Strategy teams to deliver consistent, high-quality commercial support and insights.
- Identify risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations to optimise performance and achieve business goals.

Your Experience:

- Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, commercial finance or a similar strategic finance role.
- Strong capability in budgeting, forecasting,



financial modelling and performance reporting.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to influence decision making and drive business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse complex financial and operational data and translate insights into action.
- Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Experience driving process improvements and enhancing reporting, planning or financial performance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial planning and reporting tools is highly regarded.
- A proactive, collaborative and outcomes-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
