Join our team in Primary and Community Health Speech Pathology at Fairfield Community Health Centre and play a meaningful role in supporting children with a variety of communication disorders. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred assessment and therapy including the provision of multidisciplinary care. Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.

- Must hold a bachelor or post graduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia, or other qualification deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Demonstrated experience supervising staff and/or students.
- Demonstrated leadership in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of local service delivery, integrating quality improvement processes and evidence-based practice (EBP) to service planning, evaluation of service changes.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and postgraduate experience and skills in assessing and managing paediatric clients (0-12 years) with a variety of communication disorders. Experience working with vulnerable and/or at risk communities ensuring the provision of client/family centred care.
- Demonstrated knowledge of, and ability to use multidisciplinary teamwork, and to collaborate with other services/organisations relevant to case management and service delivery.

Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
