As a Clinical Facilitator – Midwifery, you'll help strengthen clinical practice and support high-quality care for women and families across the Southern Downs. From developing capability in the workplace to guiding best practice, you'll work alongside a supportive team to build a confident, skilled and connected midwifery workforce.
Every day, you'll contribute by:
- Supporting midwives and students to build confidence, capability and clinical excellence.
- Coaching, mentoring and assessing staff to maintain safe, evidence-based practice.
- Partnering with leaders to drive quality improvement, learning initiatives and positive change.
- Creating engaging learning experiences that strengthen patient outcomes and team performance.

- Registration as a Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Advanced contemporary midwifery knowledge and robust clinical judgement.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and assessing capability in a clinical setting.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence practice and support positive change.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in education or a relevant clinical specialty, and/or experience supporting workforce development in regional healthcare settings.
