We are looking for a motivated and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team.

The main responsibility of this role is to handle incoming calls, make outbound cold calls, speak with potential customers and book qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.
- Follow up with leads and previous enquiries.
- Identify customer needs and determine their suitability.
- Book appointments for our sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and appointments.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
- Communicate professionally and confidently with customers.
- Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Confident and friendly personality.




- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new customers.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, sales or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in the solar, energy, home improvement or similar industries is an advantage, but not essential.
