THE ROLE
You'll be a key player in our Digital Platforms team, owning the roadmap and delivery for integration and automation across Salesforce, MuleSoft, Azure and beyond. This is an entrepreneurial, build-it-from-scratch role - you'll grow a dedicated delivery team around this craft as it scales.

You'll wear three hats: setting scope, cadence and commercial outcomes as Product Owner; guiding Business Analysts and delivery teams on integration and automation design; and staying hands-on, configuring and reviewing builds (primarily in MuleSoft) when it counts.

Day-to-day you will be (but not limited to):

- Owning the end-to-end integration and automation roadmap across Salesforce, MuleSoft and Azure, prioritising the backlog across Scape, Aveo and RTL.co

- Building, leading and coaching a delivery team, including Business Analysts, as the function scales

- Setting and reviewing design best practice, guiding integration patterns and ensuring enterprise standards are met

- Staying hands-on - configuring, building and troubleshooting complex MuleSoft and automation deliverables directly

- Acting as senior point of contact for business stakeholders and managing vendor relationships, including MuleSoft

- Owning delivery governance in Jira - sprint ceremonies,



quality gates and performance reporting to leadership

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)

- 7+ years in integration and automation delivery, with demonstrated progression into product ownership or team leadership

- Hands-on experience configuring and delivering MuleSoft integrations (or an equivalent enterprise integration platform)

- Experience building or scaling a team or function from the ground up - entrepreneurial, 0-to-1 experience highly regarded

- Strong grounding in Agile/Scrum delivery and product ownership practices, with backlog management and Jira proficiency

- Experience owning commercial outcomes - budgets, vendor contracts or delivery P&L; - for a technology function

- Experience working across multiple brands or complex multi-system environments, and MuleSoft certification, will be highly regarded
