The company is newly established and, from October 2026, is expected to have a consistent pipeline of renovation and building work. Led by an experienced Managing Director who holds a carpentry contractor licence, the business is now looking for someone with a QBCC Builder – Low Rise licence or higher who is willing and eligible to act as the company’s nominee and play a key role in its growth.
The Managing Director has successfully built, grown and sold several businesses and has a proven understanding of how to generate growth. The goal with this business is to establish it as one of the leading renovation companies across the Gold Coast and Brisbane, with continued investment into marketing, systems and business development to support that growth.
Initially, you'll be working as a Leading Hand / Foreman Carpenter, responsible for:
- Leading residential renovation and carpentry projects
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities
- Managing project quality and timelines
- Working on the tools alongside the team when required
- Assisting with scheduling and project planning
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely and to a high standard
- Working closely with the Managing Director on project delivery
