About the Role

As the Flight Operations & Commercial Contracts Administrator, you'll provide administrative support across LifeFlight's Operations Centre and Commercial team, helping ensure our operational and commercial activities are well organised, coordinated and delivered efficiently.
This is a diverse role where you'll coordinate documentation, schedules, communications and contract administration, while supporting operational systems and working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You'll play an important part in keeping information accurate, processes running smoothly and supporting the delivery of LifeFlight's critical services.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at LifeFlight's Head Office in Brisbane's CBD, offering a collaborative team environment and convenient access to public transport.

About You
You're a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and enjoy working with a diverse range of people to achieve shared outcomes.
You'll bring:
- 3–5 years' experience in an administration, coordination or support role
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across a range of stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience preparing and maintaining accurate records, documentation and administrative systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- An understanding of contract administration, procurement processes or governance principles, with the ability to identify and escalate issues where appropriate (desirable)
- Previous experience using Air Maestro or a similar operational management system (desirable)
