The Chance
As a Mechanical Engineer, you'll be involved across the design and delivery of mechanical services projects, working closely with clients, project teams, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality engineering outcomes.
You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and play an important role in the ongoing growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities

- Design and engineer mechanical HVAC and air conditioning systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
- Coordinate mechanical designs with other building services disciplines.
- Work closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist with site inspections, troubleshooting, and project delivery where required.
- Ensure designs meet relevant Australian Standards, codes, and project requirements.




- Contribute to continuous improvement across engineering and project delivery processes.

About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:

- Minimum 5 years' relevant Mechanical Engineering experience, ideally within HVAC, building services, or air conditioning.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical services design and engineering principles.
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale building projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work independently while also contributing effectively within a wider project team.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to engineering.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ideally, you will be based in Melbourne's Northern suburbs or within a reasonable commuting distance.
