The Opportunity

As a Luxury Client Advisor, you'll play an integral role in delivering an elevated in-store experience, providing personalised styling advice and building lasting relationships with clients. You'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, understanding their needs and delivering service that goes beyond the transaction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced luxury or premium retailer, particularly someone with menswear experience, or a strong retail professional looking to make their first move into luxury. With the outlet environment offering a more accessible entry point into the luxury sector, you'll have the opportunity to develop your product knowledge, clienteling skills and career within a globally recognised brand.

Roster: Full-time rotating roster, including weekends.

What You'll Be Responsible For
* Delivering an exceptional luxury client experience from greeting through to after-sales service.
* Building and maintaining long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling.
* Providing personalised styling advice and expert product knowledge.
* Achieving individual sales targets and boutique KPIs.




* Supporting a diverse client base, including Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking clientele.
* Maintaining impeccable boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards.
* Assisting with stock management and day-to-day boutique operations.
* Working collaboratively within a high-performing luxury retail team.

What They're Looking For
* Previous experience within premium, fashion or luxury retail is highly desirable.
* Menswear experience would be advantageous, although not essential.
* Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is essential.
* A genuine passion for luxury fashion and exceptional client service.
* A polished and professional presentation with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
* A sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve individual targets.
* A genuine desire to build a career within the luxury retail industry.
