We are seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Sydney finance team. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background and some exposure to customer service, administration, or accounts-related work, who is looking to develop a long-term career in finance.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing customer accounts and Accounts Receivable activities
- Performing customer and intercompany reconciliations
- Following up outstanding invoices and supporting debt collection activities
- Resolving customer account enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Maintaining accurate records within finance and CRM systems

What We're Looking For

- Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related educational background
- 6 months+ experience in a junior accounts/finance/administration role - Accounts receivable experience highly regarded




- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
