Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office
Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 + Super + $20,000 Bonus

We're partnering with a growing Australian business operating across consumer technology, consumer products and ecommerce channels. With ambitious growth plans, multiple online stores and a strong marketplace presence, the business is looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Lead to help drive the next phase of growth.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce & Vendor Development, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day performance of ecommerce and marketplace channels, helping to drive online sales, customer acquisition and overall digital performance.

This is a broad, hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats across ecommerce, online trading, digital marketing and website optimisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and optimising Shopify websites

- Driving ecommerce trading performance and revenue growth

- Coordinating promotions, campaigns and product launches

- Working closely with Product and Commercial teams on growth initiatives

- Managing marketplace activity across channels such as Amazon and eBay

- Partnering with external agencies across paid media and digital marketing

- Monitoring website performance, traffic, conversion and customer acquisition metrics

- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience and commercial performance

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys getting into the detail and taking ownership of outcomes rather than simply managing stakeholders.

You'll ideally bring:

- 5+ years' experience across ecommerce, online trading or digital marketing

- Robust Shopify experience, including backend functionality and website management

- Exposure to marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay or similar

- Experience managing ecommerce campaigns, promotions and website merchandising

- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4 and ecommerce reporting

- Strong analytical and commercial capability

- Experience working across multiple products, brands or larger SKU portfolios
