We are a 4.5-star West End premium Modern Australian restaurant seeking a skilled, motivated Sous Chef & CDP to join our team.

This is your chance to work in a up-to-date, high-performance kitchen alongside a dedicated and passionate team.

We're looking for:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role (Sous Chef or CDP)

- Proven grill station experience (steakhouse or similar preferred)

- Strong work ethic, natural leadership, and calm, professional presence in the kitchen

- Passion for food, flavour, and consistency

- Collaborative, team-first mindset

- Classically trained
