About the role

Reporting to the Tech Engagement Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering onsite and remote IT support across our Australian operations. From Microsoft 365 and end-user computing through to warehouse operational technology, you'll help ensure our people have the tools and support they need to work safely and efficiently every day. Working across both corporate and operational environments, you'll provide technical support, resolve incidents, maintain critical systems and collaborate with the wider IT team to continuously improve the services we deliver.

Key responsibilities

- Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees across the business.

- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Intune.

- Configure, deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.

- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network connectivity issues.

- Maintain operational systems, including RF scanners, warehouse automation devices and access control systems.

- Support printers, meeting room technology and audio-visual equipment.

- Manage incidents and service requests in line with agreed service levels.

- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with the wider IT team on projects and business improvements.

About you

You're someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and delivering a outstanding customer experience.



You take ownership of issues, communicate effectively and enjoy working in an environment where every day brings something different.

You'll also bring:

- Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or End User Computing role.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.

- Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices and peripheral equipment.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- An understanding of networking fundamentals.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Experience supporting warehouse operational technology, RF devices or automation systems will be highly regarded.
