Xenith Consulting is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager – Queensland to lead our Queensland consulting operations, drive strategic growth and strengthen our relationships across the mining, resources and energy sectors.

As Regional Manager – Queensland, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Xenith’s continued growth across Queensland and the Northern Territory, working closely with our senior leadership team, technical Team Leaders and clients to identify opportunities, deliver exceptional consulting outcomes and build high-performing teams.

About the Role

Reporting to the East Coast General Manager, you will be responsible for leading regional business development, client engagement and project oversight while providing strategic and technical leadership to our Queensland consulting teams.

You will act as a senior representative of Xenith in the market and as a trusted adviser to key clients, identifying opportunities to expand our services and build long-term partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Lead Xenith's Queensland business development and client origination strategy, identifying and converting new opportunities and market segments.





- Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 clients and act as a senior point of contact for key accounts.

- Identify opportunities to leverage Xenith's full range of technical and advisory capabilities to meet client needs.

- Lead and support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses and client presentations.

- Provide oversight of technical consulting teams and Team Leaders to support successful project delivery.

- Provide senior guidance on complex projects, project risks, client issues and delivery challenges.

- Drive consistent, high-quality project delivery aligned with client objectives, budgets, timelines and quality standards.

- Develop and implement regional origination strategies in collaboration with Xenith's leadership team and other Regional Managers.

- Monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities and translate these into business growth strategies.

- Represent Xenith at industry conferences, forums, panels and other thought leadership opportunities.

- Foster collaboration across Xenith's offices, service lines and technical disciplines.

- Support the career development, engagement and growth of our Queensland consulting teams.

- Contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of Xenith's Queensland and Northern Territory operations.
