Be bold. Be creative. Be part of the fight for a green and peaceful future.
At Greenpeace Australia Pacific (GPAP), we believe a better world is possible and we’re determined to make it real. We are an independent campaigning organisation, powered by people and creative action, taking on the biggest environmental and climate challenges of our time. Our priorities are:
- tackling climate change by stopping emissions from fossil fuel extraction at source; and
- protecting nature, including our oceans and forests, by stopping the largest sources of environmental destruction like industrial fishing and deforestation.
Whatever your role at GPAP, you’ll be part of something bigger: a passionate global movement that sparks action, holds decision‑makers to account, and drives lasting change for people and the planet. This is an opportunity to use your skills, creativity, and commitment to help shape a future worth fighting for.

- Coaching and Team Development: Deliver practical, skills-based coaching through side-by-side support, call monitoring, and actionable feedback. Share effective campaign storytelling and objection-handling strategies across the team.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular call quality reviews against GPAP standards, track performance trends, and identify capability gaps to deliver targeted training initiatives.
- Supporter Experience and Compliance: Ensure every supporter interaction is positive, professional, and accurate. Maintain confidential records in our CRM and uphold strict compliance with fundraising regulations and privacy laws.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for an empathetic, skilled communicator who excels at fundraising, loves helping others grow, and thrives in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
You have a patient, flexible, and empathetic attitude paired with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge. Along with a collaborative mindset with a drive to cultivate a positive, psychologically safe learning environment.
You’ll also have:
- At least 1 year’s experience in a similar coaching, fundraising, or telemarketing role (face-to-face or telefundraising experience highly regarded).
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes, persuasion, and objection handling.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and phone systems is a plus.
- A deep passion for environmental issues and strong alignment with Greenpeace’s core values.
- Outstanding verbal communication with the ability to quickly build rapport and inspire supporters.
- Strong resilience,
time management, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
We recognise that sometimes the right person for a job is based on personal qualities and not just qualifications. If you are not sure whether you are qualified, we would strongly encourage you to make an inquiry or go ahead and apply.
