We are currently seeking a Full-time Regional Administrator to join our team at Downer at Spring Hill Location, Ellavara.

ROLE/ Responsibilities:

Managing and Updating the flow of Homes DCJ email correspondence in WMS and portal

- Ad-hoc administration and data entry projects from time to time as directed by the Regional Manager
- Management of Office administration requirements
- Case management and tenant engagement for any escalations
- Support Region in achievement of KPI's and Service delivery.
- Monthly and Weekly reporting as directed by the Regional Manager
- Management escalated matters under the direction of the Regional Manager

▪ Maintain safety, quality and environment as a consistent agenda item at all workgroup meetings.

▪ Provide Downer workers with supervision according to their capabilities to ensure that tasks are performed safely and in accordance with the documented procedures.

▪ Make certain all employees within their area(s)



of control receive appropriate training to perform work in a secure, legal and competent manner.

▪ Make certain Zero Harm responsibilities and accountabilities have been communicated to contractors engaged within their area(s) of control.

▪ Allocate appropriate resources to effectively support Zero Harm functions within the business.

▪ Implement the Zero Harm Management Plan and other associated project documentation that identify and control the risks.

Experience:

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

▪ Strong Experience in administration.

Skills & Knowledge:

▪ Proven experience (2 years) in previous administration support role.

▪ An understanding of the adherence to Key Performance measures

▪ Sound computer literacy and formal reporting and report writing skills

▪ Demonstrate competent communication and interpersonal skills

- An understanding of adhering to a department budget
