The Role

This role is central to the day to day running of the branch and the service we provide our customers. You will be the first point of contact for many growers and play a key role in keeping the branch operating smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

- Processing cash and credit sales





- Providing reliable customer service and product support

- Supporting branch operations including stock handling and presentation

- Maintaining a secure organised and professional work environment

- Working closely with the Branch Manager on safety and compliance

- Supporting the branch by completing general duties such as yard maintenance etc.

- Supporting the harvest season (weigh bridge, testing grain etc)

What we are looking for:

You will bring a practical mindset and a genuine interest in supporting customers and the broader team.

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Have experience in customer service and or sales

- Enjoy working with people and building trust with customers

- Take pride in doing things properly and paying attention to detail

- Be proactive positive and willing to learn

- Have basic computer skills including invoicing and stock control

- Hold a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one

- Have farm input knowledge or a strong interest in agriculture
