About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage a portfolio of client contracts across stormwater, waste management and critical infrastructure services.

This role will suit someone with experience in account management, contract management, project coordination, estimating, budgeting or operational delivery.

In this role, you will:

- Manage a portfolio of client contracts, jobs and projects across multiple stages of delivery

- Liaise directly with clients to confirm project requirements, scope of work, cost estimates, resources and risks

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and onsite teams to support safe, efficient and timely project delivery

- Track project progress against goals, approved budgets, timelines and client expectations

- Work with Estimators, Business Services and Business Development teams on financials, quotes and tendering requirements

- Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology use, client service and operational outcomes

About You





To be successful, you will bring:

- A tertiary qualification in business, project management, operations or a related discipline

- 2+ years’ experience in account management, contract management, project coordination or client relationship management, ideally within waste management, infrastructure, utilities, civil, construction or field services

- Experience preparing or reviewing budgets, quotes, cost estimates, tender information or commercial project documentation

- Proven experience using CRM systems to manage customer relationships, sales opportunities, account plans and revenue forecasting

- Experience working with operational / service delivery teams to meet customer requirements

- Sound knowledge of project management principles and practices

- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to deliver projects on time

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders
