O’Brien’s Clothing Co. is looking for a confident, experienced and fashion-loving Sales Stylist to join our team.

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to work in retail. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves fashion, styling, people and creating an exceptional customer experience.

THE ROLE

As a Fashion Stylist, you’ll be at the heart of our boutique, helping customers find pieces they love and creating outfits that make them feel confident.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Creating a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every customer

- Building genuine relationships with our loyal clientele

- Providing confident styling advice and creating complete looks

- Understanding individual customer needs and recommending the right pieces

- Driving sales and working towards individual and team targets

- Keeping up to date with fashion trends, new collections and our designer brands

- Maintaining an immaculate boutique and beautiful visual presentation

- Processing sales and transactions

- Assisting with stock management, deliveries and replenishment

- Contributing to a positive, energetic and supportive team environment

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Have 3+ years' experience in fashion retail





- Have experience in premium or high-end fashion retail

- Are genuinely passionate about fashion and styling

- Have an excellent eye for putting outfits together

- Are confident approaching customers and building relationships

- Know how to provide exceptional service without being pushy

- Are commercially minded and motivated by achieving sales results

- Are confident making recommendations and asking for the sale

- Have a polished, professional presentation

- Are energetic, positive and naturally engaging

- Are organised, reliable and able to use your initiative

- Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team

- Are available to work weekdays and one day over the weekend
