For over sixteen years, Mosh Joinery has been the name trusted by the Gold Coast's finest builders and architects. We craft and install premium joinery for some of the region's most beautiful homes, work that demands real skill, real pride, and a genuine eye for detail. Based in Currumbin, we're a tight-knit team who hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard and we build long-standing reputations together.

The role
We're looking for a highly skilled, experienced joinery installer to join us as a senior member of our install team. You'll be hands-on across residential projects, bringing precision and professionalism to every site and helping to shape the next generation of tradespeople by mentoring our apprentices along the way.
What you'll be doing
- Installing premium joinery across high-end residential projects, consistently to the Mosh standard
- Mentoring and developing apprentices and junior team members with patience and expertise
- Reading and interpreting CAD-based drawings with confidence and accuracy
- Communicating proactively with the Factory Foreman regarding site conditions, progress, or concerns
- Treating every client's home with absolute care and professionalism
- Upholding Mosh policies and procedures and contributing positively to the team culture
Who you are
- An experienced joinery installer with a strong installation track record
- Meticulous — you take real pride in precision and a quality finish
- A natural communicator who's equally comfortable leading a task or working alongside others
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project timelines
- Punctual, reliable, and ready to go the extra mile when a project needs it
- Enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge and lifting those around you
