About the role

Odi's mission is to create the most nutrient-dense baby and kids' food on the planet — and we're just getting started in Australia. As a Senior Territory Manager, you'll be one of the first three people building our on-the-ground presence here (in NSW, VIC or South East QLD), owning sales and in-store performance in your patch and reporting directly to our Sales Director, Australia.

This is a genuinely hands-on, builder's role. Early on you'll be in-store yourself - merchandising, building relationships and driving distribution across Metcash (IGA), pharmacy, petrol and convenience, and specialty retail. But make no mistake: the core focus of this role is relationship building and leadership - growing distribution, developing your accounts, and building the team that will take day-to-day merchandising off your plate as we scale.

Key responsibilities

- Own sales, distribution and growth targets across your territory

- Manage group sales and relationships across Metcash (IGA), pharmacy, petrol and convenience, and specialty retailers

- Win new accounts and grow ranging, shelf space and distribution at store and area level

- Execute joint business plans, ranging and promotional activity within the territory

- Be hands-on in-store, ensuring Odi products are well merchandised, in stock and presented to standard

- Drive compliance with planograms, pricing and promotional execution

- Identify and convert new distribution opportunities, beginning with independent grocers

- Monitor rate of sale and in-store performance, taking action to improve velocity

- Build, lead and develop a growing field and merchandising team within your territory over time

- Plan efficient call cycles and territory coverage to maximise impact

About you





- Genuinely excited about Odi's mission and keen to help build something from the ground up in a new market

- Proven leadership experience — you've led, managed or built a team and can speak to how you did it and what you'd do differently

- Commercially savvy — comfortable with numbers, margin and trade-offs, with a track record of driving measurable growth

- Sales or account management background in an adjacent industry (e.g. health, wellness, pharmacy, retail, or another relevant field-based commercial role)

- A hands-on operator who's happy to merchandise shelves yourself in the early days - but who is really here to build relationships store by store and grow into a leading team

- Strong relationship builder and confident negotiator

- Self-motivated, organised and comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up

- Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across your territory
