What’s the Gig?

As a result of internal growth and development opportunities, we’re on the lookout for friendly, reliable and service-focused people to join our team across Gaming, Bar and Food Wait Staff roles.

We’re especially interested in hearing from experienced Gaming Attendants who are confident working in a fast-paced club environment and understand the importance of great customer service, attention to detail and compliance.

We’d also love to hear from people with experience in bar service, food service, cafés, restaurants, events, retail, customer service or other people-focused roles. If you know how to make people feel welcome, stay calm under pressure and bring a positive attitude to every shift, we can help you build on those skills.

These roles may suit people looking to grow their hospitality career, pick up a reliable second job, or balance work around study, family or other commitments. Our trading hours are 9am to 4am, 7 days a week,



with shifts available across this range. Weekend availability is a must.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering friendly, qualified and welcoming customer service

- Providing gaming service in accordance with Club procedures and responsible gaming requirements

- Taking food and beverage orders and delivering efficient table service

- Preparing and serving beverages in bar service areas

- Maintaining cleanliness, presentation and operational standards across service areas

- Working collaboratively with teammates to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Skills and Experience

- Hold current RSA/RCG competency card for bar and gaming roles

- Hold current ARCG/RGO competency for gaming roles (or willing to obtain)

- Previous experience in Beverage & Food service (preferred)

- Previous experience in Gaming Service (preferred)

- A strong understanding of customer service and the ability to maintain high service standards

- A commitment to our values, behaviours and team culture

- Punctual, reliable, dependable and self-motivated

- Flexible availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays

Dapto Leagues Club’s trading hours are 9am – 4am, shifts available anywhere within this range, 7 days of the week, MUST be available weekends. Part-time and Casual opportunities are available.
