The role

Elm Colour Your Lifestyle Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Clothing Store Manager to join our team and oversee the operations of our new Unley store, opening mid September. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team and ensuring the successful delivery of an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

- Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the Unley store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and budgeting

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive work environment

- Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

- Ensure the store is well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with company policies and procedures

- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement

- Collaborate with the regional management team to support the overall business strategy

What we're looking for

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the clothing or fashion industry

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team





- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience

- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices
