At Complete Home Filtration our mission is to deliver clean water and a premium service to families all over Australia. We're looking for an experienced plumber to step into a 2IC role and be the go to person for our plumbing operations.
What you'll be doing…
- Supporting the National Plumbing Manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Providing guidance and support to our plumbers.
- Conducting site inspections, quality audits, and assessments for complex installations.
- Leading toolbox meetings and promoting a strong safety culture.
- Managing plumbing stock, tools, and equipment.
- Resolving customer escalations and providing practical solutions on-site.
- Helping recruit, onboard, and develop new plumbers as the business grows.
What you'll need…
- Hands-on plumbing experience with strong knowledge in the field.
- A passion for mentoring and supporting others.
- Good communication style with the ability to work with all kinds of people.
- Practical problem solving.
- A robust commitment to safety and doing the job right the first time!
