**Passionate Early Childhood Educators Required at Mango Hill Early Learning, QLD**
A unique opportunity has arisen to lead young minds at Mango Hill Early Learning Centre. We are a family-owned, boutique centre catering to 86 children, aged from 6 weeks to 5 years. We pride ourselves on close family connections and relationships with children.
Our philosophy supports the concept of "risky play," further demonstrating our view of the child as capable and competent. We offer a play-based learning setting where our curriculum supports children's emerging learning, using dispositions for learning to teach children 21st Century skills.
Our service includes a family of adults and children, along with birds, chickens, a turtle, and lizards. Our children actively care for our animals, learning to interact with care and respect. Additionally, children at Mango Hill Early Learning benefit from a connection with our neighboring retirement village, fostering intergenerational relationships.
