About the role

Dunbar Scaffold Hire is seeking multiple experienced Scaffolders to join our team in Bathurst, NSW. You will work across a wide variety of unique projects ranging from commercial and industrial sites to residential builds, offering strong variety and the chance to grow your skills across all scaffolding types. This is a permanent, full-time role providing long-term stability with a company that prioritises safety, quality, and its people.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation, maintenance and dismantling of scaffolding systems on construction sites;

Key Responsibilities

- Erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolding structures in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and safe work method statements (SWMS)

- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and scaffolding designs

- Conduct pre-start inspections and hazard identification

- Ensure all scaffolding is correctly tagged and compliant before use

- Mentor and guide apprentices and trainees on site

- Maintain a clean,



organised and safe worksite at all times

- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, contractors, and clients

- Complete required paperwork and digital records as required

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Current Licence to Perform Scaffolding Work - Basic, Intermediate or Advanced

- Minimum 2 years hands-on scaffolding experience

- Current White Card (Construction Induction Training)

- Solid understanding of WHS legislation and protected work practices

- Experience across at least two of: commercial, industrial, or residential sectors

- Valid driver's licence (C class minimum)

Desirable Skills & Attributes

- Advanced Scaffolding Licence

- Experience with suspended, cantilevered or tube-and-coupler systems

- First Aid Certificate

- Working at Heights certification

- Confined Space or EWP tickets (advantageous)

- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
