We're looking for an experienced Technology Recruitment Billing Manager to lead our Permanent division while keeping a high-performing desk of your own.

You'll inherit a team of 5 established permanent recruiters already billing $300k–$700k annually. This isn't a turnaround — it's a chance to take a successful function and elevate it through leadership, coaching and your own market expertise.
What you'll be doing
- Running your own permanent tech recruitment desk
- Leading and mentoring a team of 5
- Driving BD strategy and market growth
- Coaching consultants to lift consistency and billings
- Expanding specialist practices across Software Engineering, AI & Data, Cloud & Infrastructure, and QA/Testing
The package
- Competitive base + uncapped commission up to 50%
- Zero threshold, 50% triggered at $180k billed/quarter
- 3% team override on billings above benchmark
- Average perm placement fee ~$29k
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 5+ years in agency technology recruitment
- Are a proven permanent billing recruiter
- Have led, mentored or managed a recruitment/sales team
- Take a structured, systemised approach to the desk

We've invested heavily in automation, AI tooling and market intelligence — so you spend your time with clients and candidates, not fighting systems.
Reporting directly to the owners, with genuine visibility and influence over the direction of the business. This role is based in office 3–4 days per week in Sydney.
