We’re on the look out for a great team member to join us who knows how to design the traffic plans for the Citywide Traffic & Events team.
You’ll be responsible for designing Traffic Guidance Schemes (TGS), supporting project planning and coordination, and delivering safe and efficient traffic management solutions across a variety of events and projects across Melbourne.
This role offers a mix of office and on-site work in a fast-paced setting, with flexible hours based on event and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare TGS plans in line with VicRoads and Council requirements
- Coordinate project planning, scheduling and cost estimates
- Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams
- Maintain project records, reporting and operational documentation
- Support a strong safety-first culture across all operations
What You’ll Need
- Current Driver’s Licence
- White Card
- Traffic Management Ticket
- Previous traffic management/design experience
- Experience with traffic planning software - Rapid Plan
- Strong organisational and communication skills
