Do you meet these minimum requirements?

- Live in the Orange area including surrounding surburbs asNashdale, Lidster, Canobolas
- Hold a currentAustralian Drivers' Licence with yourown car (sorry, we cannot accept International license's or shared/rental vehicles)
- Available towork a minimum of 6 hours a day between 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday availability and 1 weekend in 4.
- Commitment to our paid2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start! (Get ready to learn, grow & be supported!) Travel is required for training.

What this role offers:

- Open toDomestic Assistance and Personal Care Workers candidates
- Permanent Part-Time or Casual Contracts
- Permanent Contract hours : 20-40 hours perfortnight + flex up hours.
- Hourly Rate : $34.80 - $36.59 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Entry-Level Carers : Provide domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation.




- Experienced Carers : Provide personal care services including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
- Most importantly: be a friendly face & brighten someone's day!

As a valued team member, you’ll provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.Domestic assistance will form a significant part of your role – this applies to experienced carers. From helping with household tasks to offering personal support, you’ll make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
