Essity, based at the Springvale manufacturing site, seeks a Production Manager to lead the Tampons production area and a team of about 25. You will drive safe, efficient operations, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration to meet targets.

You will develop people, lead continuous improvement, and partner with Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to boost equipment performance and process capability. A high-potential manufacturing skilled with GMP/Lean experience is ideal.
