Engage Recruitment Support – Truganina VIC is seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to oversee 35-45 drivers daily and optimise fleet movements within Melbourne's western suburbs. The role reports to the Dayshift Transport Supervisor and focuses on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage fleet allocation, driver runs, and ensure compliance with CoR, Fatigue Management and NHVR regulations, while effectively communicating delays to the Customer Service team.
