Northern Health is seeking a CDAMS Clinical Nurse Consultant on a fixed term, full-time basis. The role will operate across CDAMS and GEM clinics within Melbourne’s northern campuses, providing assessment, education and management strategies for memory impairment and dementia.
Although advertised as full-time, part time applications will be considered. Applicants should be a Registered Nurse with specialist experience in community settings and strong cognition/geriatric care skills.
