IHG Sanctuary Cove Resort on the Gold Coast seeks a Full Time Demi Chef to join our luxury culinary team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will contribute across The Fireplace, Cove Café, Verandah Restaurant & Bar, Lagoon Beach Club, and events, bringing 2-3 years of skilled kitchen experience and a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
This role requires HACCP knowledge, a passion for food, the ability to work under pressure, and a flexible roster including evenings and weekends.
